The data controller for Signara™ (the "Service") is SenseForge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (trading as AIBuiltBetter) ("SenseForge", "we", "us"). References to "we" in this policy refer to SenseForge Ltd.
We collect information you provide when your account is created (name, email, company name) and usage analytics to improve the Service.
Signara does not store your business data. Data you upload is processed in-memory to generate reports and is not persisted on our servers. We do not retain, archive, or have access to your uploaded files after your session ends.
Account information is used solely to authenticate you and deliver the Service. We do not use your data to train models, share with third parties, or for any purpose beyond providing the Service.
All account data is scoped to your organization. No other user or organization can access your reports or configurations. Isolation is enforced at the infrastructure level.
We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, secure authentication, and access controls to protect your account information.
Account information is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
If you are located in the UK or EU, you have rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 including the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact SenseForge Ltd at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Signara can be used through third-party AI assistants (for example, Anthropic's Claude) via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). When you connect Signara to such an assistant, you authorize it — through a standard OAuth 2.1 login — to call Signara on your behalf. In that flow, the analysis results Signara returns (computed KPIs, drivers, and recommendations) are sent to the assistant so it can present them to you. If you paste data directly into the assistant, that data passes through the assistant's systems, which are governed by that provider's own privacy policy, not ours. When Signara pulls data from a source you have connected (for example, a database), that data is processed on Signara's servers and is not routed through the assistant. We do not sell your data, and we share it only with the sub-processors needed to run the service (cloud hosting and, where used, an AI provider for narrative text). We do not use your business data to train any model.
You can delete your saved analyses and connected data-source credentials from within the app at any time. Revoking an AI assistant's access (for example, disconnecting the Signara connector in Claude) immediately invalidates its authorization token, ending its ability to call Signara on your behalf.
