By accessing or using Signara™ (the "Service"), operated by SenseForge Ltd (a company registered in England and Wales, trading as AIBuiltBetter) ("SenseForge", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Signara provides automated KPI reporting and analytics. The Service processes data you upload to generate reports, narratives, and presentations. All computations are deterministic and auditable.
You retain all ownership rights to data you upload. We process your data solely to provide the Service. Data is isolated per tenant and is not shared across accounts.
You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse-engineer it, decompile or disassemble any part of it, or use it to process data you do not have rights to. Accounts are for authorized users within your organization only.
All intellectual property in the Service, including but not limited to software, source code, designs, user interfaces, text, graphics, logos, report templates, slide layouts, prompts, KPI definitions, computation methodology, and the "Signara" and "AIBuiltBetter" names and marks, is owned by SenseForge Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. No right or license is granted to you except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Reports and outputs generated for you are licensed for your internal business use; the underlying templates, methodology, and software remain the exclusive property of SenseForge Ltd.
You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract content from the Service or its public pages by automated means, nor use any content from the Service (including text, designs, report outputs, methodology descriptions, or marketing copy) to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise develop any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model without the prior written consent of SenseForge Ltd. This restriction is a material term of use.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SenseForge Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Signara may be accessed through third-party AI assistants (such as Anthropic's Claude) using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). You authorize such access via a standard OAuth 2.1 login; the assistant then calls Signara under your account and consumes your plan's quota. You are responsible for the actions taken through any assistant you authorize and for keeping your credentials secure. Your use of the assistant itself is governed by that provider's terms, not ours. You may revoke an assistant's access at any time from within the app or from the assistant, which immediately invalidates its authorization.
Uploaded files are processed to generate reports and are not retained after the session. Account information, saved analyses, and connected data-source credentials (stored encrypted) are retained while your account is active. You may delete saved analyses and connections from within the app, revoke any AI assistant's authorization at any time, and contact us to request deletion of other personal data we hold.
